Three bottles of wine: Paul Clüver Sauvignon Blanc 750ml, Paul Clüver Village Chardonnay 750ml, Paul Clüver Village Pinot Noir 750ml

All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?

A smoked yellowtail terrarium, layered with cucumber pearls, citrus mousse, finished with a lemon oil drizzle and herb crumb dusting, paired with Paul Clüver Sauvignon Blanc

A Parmesan sable topped with a burnt orange marmalade, dollops of whipped Brie and citrus zest cream, and finished with a sprinkle of almond crumble, paired with Paul Clüver Village Chardonnay.

A mini pancake layered with duck rillettes and cherry gel, finished with a burnt onion dust and shimeji mushrooms, paired with Paul Clüver Village Pinot Noir.

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban
