E.ID

e.ID: is an immersive, interdisciplinary work situated within a contemporary technological rupture. This hybrid performance traces the fragmented nature of identity, mortality, and existence within a digitized reality.

We are living between worlds: between the physical and the digital, the inherited and the constructed, the human and something not yet fully defined. This tension between the tangible - bone, flesh, blood, DNA, memory, instinct; versus an endlessly reproducible self, is echoed through the work’s physical performance, live and interactive structures.
 
e.ID: reveals the contemporary human experience as fragmented, simultaneously flesh and data, instinct and algorithm, contained, visible, and continuously circling within a system it cannot fully perceive. Rooted in existential questioning, the work questions how consciousness is shaped and destabilized through memory, instinct, and technological mediation. e.ID: operates as a regenerative system, inviting audiences into a shifting terrain where the self dissolves and reforms, confronting the fragile boundary between biological life and digital trace. Breath ends, the digital footprint persists.

Through invoking cosmologies of life, death, and rebirth, e.ID: becomes a sensory meditation on what it means to exist in a (near) post - human age.
