Three bottles of wine: Vergelegen Wild Winds Sauvignon Blanc 750ml, Vergelegen Florence Rosé 750ml, Vergelegen Merlot Reserve 750ml

All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts

What’s on the menu?

A sesame nori cracker topped with smoked tuna, lime-compressed winter melon, soy Japanese mayo, caviart, Togarashi, fresh radish and a sprinkle of crispy onions, paired with Vergelegen Wild Winds Sauvignon Blanc

Pickled baby beetroot, Fior de latte, smoked carrot lox, shaved radish, whipped lime goats' cheese, strawberry gel and toasted sourdough, paired with Vergelegen Florence Rosé.

A cherry marshmallow, with a drizzle of dark chocolate, freeze-dried berry crumble and dollops of Merlot gel, paired with Vergelegen Merlot Reserve.

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban
